What is tension?
According to Oxford Advanced Learner Dictionary, tension is a feeling of anxiety and stress that makes it impossible to relax. That's what I feel right now.
Arrrrggggghhhhhh.. If someone is willing to be my punching bag..
Tension or stress can caused by many reasons and sources.
Most of teenagers experienced stress because of studies, friends, family and sometimes because of themselves. This situation can lead to depression and health problems, mostly mental health.
In some cases it can be the cause of suicides and homicides.
Thus, we can't treat this problem as a small matter in our daily life.
How to overcome stress or tension? Hahaha..
Like I know everything..

1. One thing at a time.
Don't try to settle too much work at a time.
Slowly choose a very important to be solve first.
Seeing your working desk miserable?
Take a few minutes to arrange it slowly. Little by little.
By that you won't be stress out thinking 'bout your problem and does little misery desk.
2. Simplify your schedule
Don't live a hectic life.
Don't accept a commitment that aren't beneficial to you.
It's not that you're being selfish. If it does not benefits you it also won't to anybody.
Take a short break for every work you do.
At least 15 minutes after every one hour.
3. Get moving
Each day do something to keep you active.
Sports can keep you active enough and trained you for tough days.
Experience something new that you haven't done.
Try hiking, cycling, or paragliding. It can be exciting enough.
4. Lastly
Be yourself and don't ever forget to?
SMILE!
